Product Warranty

We stand behind our products because we've seen, felt and tested the difference first hand. We only work with the best suppliers and manufacturers, and ensure the highest quality control standards throughout our supply chain.

ARTMUR fully guarantees its products against any defects in materials and manufacturing for one (1) year from the date of delivery. Products defective due to faulty materials or unsatisfactory workmanship will be replaced or repaired back to working order free of charge to the original purchaser during this period, provided the products have been properly installed and maintained for the intended purpose. the use for which they are intended.

Please note that our warranties are not transferable and cannot be extended to resold items. Warranties are only valid if the products are used for their intended purpose and are subject to normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accident, abnormal use, modifications or commercial use are not covered by our warranty .
