The Artmur Professional Program is designed to support designers, architects, entrepreneurs, and other professionals in selecting and specifying our products.
Free Samples
Members of the Artmur Professional Program can receive up to 4 free samples per project to evaluate our products before specification.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Pick-up at our collection point remains free.
Complete Professional Kit
Professionals wishing to access all Artmur collections and catalogs can purchase our complete professional kit for $150.
This kit provides a comprehensive presentation tool to assist clients with their projects and discover all of our product ranges.
New Product Shipments
Members who have purchased the complete professional kit can benefit from shipments of new samples and new additions to our collections.
In this case, only shipping costs will be charged.
To remain eligible for this privilege, the member must maintain an active business relationship with Artmur, including continuous collaboration, regular specification of our products, or recurring orders.
Artmur reserves the right to determine eligibility for this program based on the account's activity level.
Additional Sample Requests
To maintain a high-quality service and ensure the availability of our presentation materials for all our partners, any additional requests may be subject to service and logistics fees.
These fees may apply in the following situations:
• Requests for additional samples for the same project
• Shipment of multiple boxes
• Replacement of samples already shipped
• Replenishment of samples or promotional materials
• Special requests requiring additional preparation or handling
Applicable fees will be communicated before shipment.
