Refund Policy

We are happy to offer full refunds on all orders until tracking information has been provided via email. If you would like a refund for an order that has not yet been processed, simply send us an email. We cannot fully refund orders once they have been processed and tracking information sent.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery of your order that you wish to return it. You must send us an email containing your order number as well as the tracking number of your returned order within 21 days of delivery of your order in order to receive a refund. Return costs are your responsibility.

Your order must be packaged and shipped securely, in its original packaging. You assume the risk that the item may be damaged in transit.

Samples cannot be returned or refunded.

For your refund to be processed, we must receive your order at the return address provided to you by email. Additionally, your order must be new, unused, and in resalable condition for you to receive a full refund. It must not have any holes, marks, defects or post-sale modifications that could affect its market value. If the product has been used or damaged, you will not be able to get a refund.

Once your order is received and inspected, if it shows no damage or signs of use, your refund will be issued as soon as possible. The refund will be made to the credit card or PayPal account you used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification as soon as the refund has been processed. Then allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
