Acoustic wood panels

Real wood brings a warmth and grain no imitation can match, while doing its technical job: mounted on sound-absorbing felt, it offers an excellent sound absorption coefficient and calms the echo in a room.

Wood is also part of a biophilic design approach, in which natural materials soothe and ground a space.

Our species range from light oak to smoked walnut, each with its own tone and grain, on black or white felt. That is precisely what sets these panels apart from the rest of our acoustic collection: the material comes first.

Frequently asked questions

Because wood combines performance and aesthetics. Foam absorbs sound but has to be hidden; wood holds its own as a design element, ages well and stands the test of time. Mounted on absorbent felt, it tames echo without taking anything away from the room's character: as much a decorative element as an acoustic one.

Oak (natural, grey, white), light or dark smoked walnut, black ash, among others. Each species changes the wall's shade and grain. Two examples: the bright natural oak and the deeper dark walnut.

Our panels combine real wood with a polyester felt, and they are certified Class A+: very low emissions into indoor air. Details are on our certifications page.

Real wood reacts slightly to changes in humidity; this is normal and barely noticeable. Our finishes limit yellowing, and every panel is covered by our product warranty.

It depends on the area to cover and the look you want. The easiest way is to send us the dimensions through a quote request, or to come and compare the wood species at the showroom. For firms, our Pro program supports you throughout the project.
